Viticulture and Vineyards
We apply certified organic viticulture practices in all our vineyards, ensuring absolute respect for the environment. Our soils are mainly calcareous, low in nutrients, with a diverse structure that includes fine silts, sandy plots, and more stony areas. These natural conditions allow us to achieve low yields, ranging from 0.25 to 1.5 kg of grapes per vine, resulting in fresh, fruity wines with excellent acidity. Harvesting is done manually, selecting the grapes in 15 kg boxes to preserve their quality.

Our vineyards are distributed in small plots on terraces supported by dry stone walls. This traditional agricultural landscape combines vines with olive and almond trees, with which we also produce our own olive oil.

Our wines are authentic estate wines, an expression of the territory. We have two main estates: "La Vinyeta" in Darmós and "Pins Vens" south of Guiamets. The predominant varieties are Carignan, red Grenache, white Grenache, and a small amount of Tempranillo, complemented by samples of Merlot and Viognier. This diversity allows us to create unique wines, faithful to our roots and the character of the DO Montsant.
